You need some Collaboration Tools to succeed with your project.
Some are organisational, some are technical.
- Meeting Schedule to have a clear workflow
- Responsibility List to identify Jobdescriptions
- Wiki: Its practically your Teams whiteboard. I like Trac, since it has tickets and Wiki
- Ticketsystem: Trac or Basecamp
- Support System: Zendesk is great, since you can publish FAQ from there directly
- Code Management: You need a well managed Code Repository. Great if integrated with the Ticketsystem.
